About Bag-A-Nut

In the fall of 1988, Mr. James Dudley and his sons went to visit his relatives in Georgia for a weekend of deer hunting. When they arrived however, they ended up spending three days on their hands and knees, picking up pecans. James had been an inventor since the age of nine and had been in the plastic business for thirty years at the time. He produced and built numerous businesses around his inventions.
James came back to Jacksonville and said, "There has to be a better way!" He immediately put his mind to work and conceived and developed Bag-A-Nut. In the summer of 1989 the corporation, Bag-A-Nut, Inc., was formed. The Bag-A-Nut was received with great enthusiasm. The original version had a bag on the front to collect the nuts, hence, the name.
Over the years through feedback from our customers, we continued to develop the Bag-A-Nut. We now believe we have developed our product to a standard of which we are very proud. We enjoy a 98% customer satisfaction rate and the product sells itself. Mr. James Dudley has now passed away and his grandson, Caleb Dudley, has taken over as CEO. James' dream carries on as the Bag-A-Nut continues to harvest numerous types of nuts and products year after year.
