Rating is purely on communication before placing the order, and prompt shipping on your companies part. FEDEX unfortunately has been abysmal. I have still not even received the item, was supposed to have last week. I paid for shipping and duties through their company but have been harassed daily by phone and email to pay, when I already have done so. Delivery was therefore withheld Friday stating I still need to pay. I have called 4 times and spoken with someone each time assuring me I’ve paid and it’s fine and will update in their system (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and again today when they were open.)

Have not used in pull behind mode; the machine is light enough that push handle has been easy…and allows for keeping a close eye on pickup performance / how full the baskets are
