What to Know About Your Bag-A-Nut
For the best performance, we recommend that your grass be less than five inches. This allows the Bag-A-Nut collection tines to reach into the grass and grab around the nut.
The cleaner and more level your ground is, the better the Bag-A-Nut Harvester will pick up.
When using your nut harvester you collect some sticks and leaves. To minimize this, we recommend that you clear your area of debris before using the machine. Many of our customers blow the area with a blower before harvesting. You will probably need to sort and separate your harvest when emptying your basket, to rid the nuts of objects or debris.
Even with the small added time of sorting, the time saved from using the Bag-A-Nut is very significant. Our return rate is less than 2%! This shows us that even with a money back guarantee, nut growers see the profit in using the Bag-A-Nut for their harvesting needs.

All repairs can be made affordably and easily in your own home. Review our parts list for part numbers and then give us a call to place an order at 904-641-3934, or send us a picture using our contact page and we will assist you with finding the correct replacement.

Free Conversion Pack Parts For the Black Walnut
If you order the wrong size harvester for your black walnuts (your walnuts are either too small or too large to be effectively picked up by the wheels), please send us a message or call us to get the free parts to change the spacing on your machine. These parts will be free for up to three years from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is necessary. Shipping is an additional charge.

Shipping
We ship our harvesters all over the world. Most nut harvesters are shipped within 24 hours of ordering (Monday-Thursday) via FedEx, UPS or USPS in the continental US. Online ordering is available within the Continental US.

Product Warranty Information
Bag-A-Nut warrants their products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase and agrees to replace any part or parts which Bag-A-Nut determines to be defective. This warranty is conditional on receipt of defective part or parts shipped back to Bag-a-Nut prepaid. This warranty does not cover damage resulting in any way from misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care or modification of the product. Warranty on Powder-coating:
Bag-A-Nut, LLC warrants only item(s) powder coated from significant flaking or rusting due to defects in workmanship for a period of 4 years from the date of purchase. This warranty excludes any damage to the item(s) which occurs during shipment, due to failures caused by products not supplied by Bag-A-Nut, LLC and/or due to failures resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration or modification of the item(s) which in turn, causes premature corrosion or coating failure.

Returns and Refunds of Products
Bag-A-Nut, LLC will refund customer’s cost* of the Bag-A-Nut unit purchased if you are not satisfied with the efficiency of the product at picking up nuts. The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt of product at customer’s expense. If the returned product is damaged or dirty, Bag-A-Nut will refund the value of the product at the remanufactured unit retail price (approximately 82% of customers cost). Badly damaged or old merchandise will be returned to the customer without a refund. For speedy refund and resolution, please notify Bag-A-Nut by phone or email.
*All shipping charges are nonrefundable.
*All returns for items with free shipping are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover original shipping cost.
Bag-A-Nut, LLC aims for goods to leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Should those goods not be received by you in perfect condition, then any damage to or shortfall in products must be reported to Bag-A-Nut, LLC by phone or email (info@baganut.com) within 72 hours after receipt of the goods. All defective goods must be returned in their original packaging with the original invoice or packing slip. Replacement goods will only be shipped after the faulty item is received by Bag-A-Nut, LLC. Return postage costs incurred by you will be issued by credit to your nominated credit card after the goods have been sighted by Bag-A-Nut, LLC.
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, this should be reported to Bag-A-Nut, LLC by email to info@baganut.com within 72 hours after receipt of the goods. All incorrect goods must be returned in their original packaging with the original order form to be sighted by Bag-A-Nut, LLC. Replacement goods will only be shipped after the incorrect item is received by Bag-A-Nut, LLC. In the event that Bag-A-Nut, LLC is unable to replace the item, a refund will be provided. Return postage costs incurred by you will be issued by credit to your nominated credit card after the goods have been sighted by Bag-A-Nut, LLC.
No refunds are offered if you have changed your mind about the goods, or are simply done using the machine at the end of the harvest season.
Refunds will be issued by credit to the nominated credit card.

Items Purchased from Dealers
Warranties and guarantees on purchases made from Bag-A-Nut distributors or dealers are at the discretion of the dealer. All claims for warranties and guarantees must be placed with the dealer where the product was purchased. Parts purchases outside of warranty coverage can be placed with dealers or directly with Bag-A-Nut.

Payment (for US domestic orders only)
The total amount of your order is to be paid at the time of ordering. Bag-A-Nut, LLC does not accept deposits or partial payments for the purchase of any goods.
All prices include GST (goods and services tax) and are quoted in US dollars only.
We accept orders by payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal. Credit Card and PayPal payments will be processed on the day your order is placed. Goods will be forwarded to you once full payment has been cleared. International shipments require payment via bank wire transfer.
If the card payment is declined by your issuer for any reason, we cannot hold goods against your order.

Delivery of Products
Bag-A-Nut ships orders Monday through Thursday. Orders are generally shipped on these days, within 24 hours, or on the next working day, of placing your order- once confirmation of full payment is received. Please allow up to 1 week shipping time within the continental US from the date of payment, although in most cases delivery is faster. If you have not received your goods after this period, please email us at sharon@baganut.com.
Please note that prior arrangements must be made over the phone for orders to be picked up from our warehouse.
