- For best results, clear away leaves, twigs, and debris before use.
- In areas with heavy acorn coverage, a second pass may be needed.
- Works on driveways, dirt, and grass up to 3 inches tall.
Our 12″ Acorn Harvesters come with Weight Attachment Brackets to improve performance. These brackets allow you to add standard 1″ diameter hole barbell plate weights (not included), which help press the collection wheels deeper into the grass or soil for better pickup.
- We recommend using a 5–10 lb. barbell plate on each side of the machine.
- The inner diameter of the weights must be 1″ or larger.
- You can find suitable plates at most fitness or sporting goods stores.
- Each Weight Attachment Bracket set includes two brackets — one for each side.
- Do not exceed 15 lbs. per side.
- Note: Barbell weights are not included.

So far have not received. But tracking number you sent does not work. It goes to Call that number. And nothing has shown approximate delivery date
We did it all wrong. Tall grass, and sprinkler had just run. I picked up more acorns from our red oak in 20 minutes than I could have in a 2 hour raking session, all without breaking my back.
Picked up about 80%of my acorns in hour or so on first time use — might be more with little raking out of low spots. Easy to push – it sure beats raking for hours and hours! Glad we ordered!
In the words of Frank Barone, Holy Crap! It picks up acorns like nobody’s business. A wet yard is probably not the best environment for the first use because it picked up mud and some grass as well. I got some of that buildup down by the basket and some acorns didn’t make it in. However, that all my fault. This thing is awesome!
I want to return it. I ordered the 18 inch harvester and it’s on its way. Obviously I don’t need to. I’m hoping that you can send me a shipping label by email. I’ll put it on the unopened box and return it to you.
