After receiving I love this nut picker-upper. Filled 5 cubic feet wheel barrow with two dumps.
I cannot believe how well this thing actually works. Our yard is extremely lumpy and pitted from decades of dogs digging and rooting around; my biggest worry was that the roller would fail to lift the walnuts that had fallen into the many divots within the grass, or otherwise struggle with the uneven terrain. Nope, it rolls smooth as butter and only misses a nut when there’s a massive pile clustered together–and even then, it’s rare I have to make a second pass. Far, far easier than raking the little bastards. I’d say it’s worth its weight gold, except the roller is so light even that would be underselling it. Highly recommended.
Easy to assemble and easy to use. Cleaning area of sticks very helpful. Would definitely recommend it and purchase again.

This device makes cleaning up black walnuts so much easier than what I’ve done for years. The only downfall I had was it was missing the handles hardware in my kit.
